William Webb’s rare edition of Saxton’s map of Yorkshire

The title cartouche has been erased and a view of The Towne of Hull” substituted, with two ships and a sea monster added below. In place of Seckford’s arms is a plan of The City of Yorke” after John Speed. Also the divisions, but not the names’, of the hundreds have been added.
