Description

Lithograph 2 ff. pamphlet, with map, two elevations of a proposed hotel, and a ground floor plan, a few nicks and tears to old folds.

Notes

The plan shows the shilling cab radius, which was at the time 2 miles from Charing Cross. The plan can be reasonably accurately dated by the marking of the Royal Courts of Justice, as the 'New Law Courts', which were opened by Queen Victoria in 1882.
