Notes
The plan is divided into half mile squares in order to easily calculate Hackney Carriage fares. Pasted into the inside cover is a 3pp. guide to using A London Cab, from payment by either distance and time; the addition costs of extra passengers; luggage; penalties for being over charged; charges for the cabbie’s waiting time; and lost property.
