Notes

A rare set of cards that form an introduction to the geography and astronomy, and the lastknown work of the author, Louis-Michel Pâris (1740–1806). The set includes three volvelles. The first (no. 23) shows the equatorial seconds and minutes as regards the oblique position of the globes.
